A:With ComFi Conferencing you can host or join a conference by either phone or the Internet, over 50 participants can join the conference from around the world, you purchase time in advance at a very low rate, and you can add more time at your convenience - even during a conference call.

A:Once you have a conference going and you are in the conference room, click on the "Add Participant" link. Enter the required information and click the "Add" button.
A:No. Unlike traditional conference calls that rely on a third party to set it in motion, with ComFi Conferencing you have complete control over the call. All you need is your Conference Code and, if you are the host, the Security Code. You will receive both of these by email in advance of your call.
A:No. There are no individual passwords to remember. To take part, you simply use the Conference Code (which is the same for all participants). The host will also have a Security Code for initiating the call.
A:Yes. By clicking on the "Share Documents" button, you can upload virtually any type of file.
A:No. You can talk as long as you like. If extra time is needed, the host can add more time to his/her account even while the conference is in progress.
A:Absolutely. Furthermore, there are three security levels - Open, Secure, and Restricted - that allow some flexibility for initiating a call or continuing a call once the host hangs up. (For more information see "How It Works".)
A:The cost is covered by the host who purchases call time in advance. The other participants enjoy the benefit of calling via an 800 number or joining in via the Internet. Their call time is counted against the time the host purchased.
